DM Setter (Mentorship Program)
We're looking for a Virtual Assistant to manage our Instagram and TikTok DMs for our mentorship program. Your main job is to respond fast, qualify leads, and book calls — keeping the inbox moving with no lead left on read.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
-DM Management
-Monitor and respond to all incoming DMs on Instagram and TikTok during working hours
-Keep response times fast — no lead should wait long for a reply
-Follow the provided script and brand voice in every conversation
-Qualify leads and sort by interest level (Hot, Warm, Cold)

Setting
-Warm up cold or hesitant leads through consistent follow-up
-Book discovery or strategy calls for qualified prospects interested in the mentorship program

Admin & Reporting
-Log all lead activity in GHL CRM and ManyChat in real time
-Submit daily and weekly reports on DM activity and calls booked

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
-Experience handling DMs for a business, coaching, or mentorship brand (required)
-Comfortable being the first point of contact for every lead
-Strong written English — conversational, persuasive, and on-brand
-Can manage a steady flow of messages without dropping the ball
-Knows how to warm up and qualify a cold lead
-Experience with GHL and/or ManyChat is a plus
-Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and available during set hours
