JOB OVERVIEW

We are a health and wellness info product brand focused on mobility and joint health education (Sports Therapist and Pilates trainer). This role is a high output Video Editing Specialist with lead editor upside, responsible for producing conversion focused direct response video ads at scale for paid social and supporting the performance creative team with rapid iteration.

Responsibilities
- Produce 100+ short form video ad assets per week for direct response paid social across Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and IG Reels
- Turn raw footage, scripts, AI generated footage, and voiceovers into native platform ads with strong hooks, pacing, and clear CTA alignment
- Edit with accurate captions, on brand motion graphics, music selection, sound design, and supportive B roll to improve retention and conversions
- Build full AI generated video ads end to end using tools such as Veo 3, Kling 3.0, and Seedance, then assemble VO, scenes, subtitles, graphics, and music into a polished final
- Collaborate with the Head of Performance Creative to iterate on creatives quickly based on performance testing needs
- Maintain organized project files and a repeatable workflow to hit high volume deadlines consistently
- Provide quality control and feedback loops (senior or lead editor track), helping raise the bar across outputs
- Support longer form edits when needed (horizontal YouTube content and VSL style edits)

Must-Haves
- Ability to produce high volume output, targeting 100+ video assets per week for direct response paid social
- Strong direct response editing experience for established ecommerce, DTC, or digital product brands (no dropshipper style work)
- Fast, clean editing in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or comparable, with ads that feel native to Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and IG Reels
- Proven skill with hooks, pacing, captions accuracy, music and SFX, B roll usage, and cohesive storytelling from hook to CTA
- AI capable: can create full AI generated video ads using Veo 3, Kling 3.0, Seedance, and voiceovers via ElevenLabs, then assemble into finished creatives
- Strong spoken and written English, including clean grammar in captions and the ability to present on calls
- Working, well organized portfolio with playable links (applications without a portfolio are not considered)
- Ability to work with PST and maintain at least 4 hours of daily overlap
- Individual freelancer only, not an agency and not a consultant with a small editing team

Nice To Haves
- Experience editing fitness, mobility, joint health, or wellness direct response creatives (testimonials, before and after style narratives, educational angles)
- Strong horizontal editing skills for YouTube videos and VSL style deliverables
- Familiarity with performance creative testing and rapid iteration systems for paid social
- Comfortable working in Notion, ---------- , or ClickUp for task tracking and feedback cycles
- Comfortable collaborating in Slack and async review workflows
- Experience guiding other editors, giving notes, and setting quality standards (lead editor trajectory)
