JOB TITLE:
Customer Support Specialist (Gorgias + ShipStation) – Elgin USA – Remote, PH Night Shift

TYPE:
Part-Time to Full-Time (Long-Term)

RATE:
$5–$9 USD/hour (based on experience)

HOURS:
Flexible PH schedule, with a few working hours overlapping 5 AM to 5 PM Texas time (6 PM to 6 AM PH time)

LOCATION:
Remote – Philippines only

We're hiring a dependable customer support specialist with hands-on experience in Gorgias and ShipStation. This role supports both customers and our warehouse operations team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage customer support tickets using Gorgias

Handle warranty claims, order issues, returns, and shipping questions via ShipStation

Follow SOPs to provide clear, helpful responses

Collaborate daily with our Texas-based operations and warehouse teams

Stay organized and document all communication

Help identify and solve fulfillment problems

REQUIREMENTS:

1+ year experience using both Gorgias and ShipStation

Excellent written English with a professional, natural tone

Previous experience in eCommerce, customer service, or logistics

Willingness to work PH night shift (9 PM to 5 AM PH time)

Detail-oriented and dependable

Stable internet and a quiet home workspace

Comfortable using ChatGPT to improve response speed and clarity

PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED):

Experience with Amazon or Shopify

Familiarity with warranty processes

Desire to grow into broader roles in customer experience or operations
