Customer Support & Sales

Hello!

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills in American English. Ther will also be a secondary sales component to the role. This position offers great opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.

The shift for the role, in Eastern Time, is:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - 3PM - 9PM
- Thursday, Friday - Off
- Saturday & Sunday - 9AM - 7PM

The primary skills and traits we are looking for in hiring for this position include:

- Excellent Customer Service Skills, including written and verbal, in American English
- Ability to communicate via email, chat, and phone with American audience in a natural way
- Well-developed English writing skills
- Grammatical proofreading and editing
- Through our support, we often upsell customers to higher-level products, which requires some sales effort
- Project management
- Data entry
- Other company projects as-needed

The work will be remote, but you will be encouraged to work with our small U.S. and Philippines-based team closely.
