Customer Support & Outreach Follow-Up Representative (Remote)
About the Role
We're a fast-growing LinkedIn outbound agency working with B2B clients across industries. As our LinkedIn campaigns generate a steady flow of warm and cold leads, we need a sharp, personable rep to follow up via phone and move conversations forward — qualifying interest, booking calls, and keeping our pipeline clean and active.
This is a remote, flexible role ideal for someone who's confident on the phone, organised, and genuinely enjoys talking to people.
What You'll Be Doing
Calling leads generated through our LinkedIn outreach campaigns
Qualifying prospects based on a simple criteria checklist we provide
Booking discovery/sales calls directly into our calendar
Following up with leads who haven't responded to messages
Logging call notes and updating lead statuses in our CRM
Flagging hot leads and escalating them to the sales team promptly
Occasionally handling inbound enquiries from interested prospects
What We're Looking For
Fluent English speaker with a clear, confident phone manner
Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer support (B2B preferred)
Comfortable working from a script but able to hold a natural conversation
Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment
Self-motivated and able to manage a daily call list independently
Familiarity with CRMs (we use [insert CRM]) is a bonus
LinkedIn or B2B knowledge is a plus but not required
