We are a fast-growing e-commerce fashion brand serving customers in Canada.
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Customer Support Representative who can handle large volumes of customer inquiries while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and speed.
This is a long-term position with room to grow inside the company.
Working Hours
Must be available 8 AM – 4 PM (EDT / Canada time)
Monday to Saturday/Sunday
Your Responsibilities
Handle high-volume customer
Provide order status updates (tracking, delays, issues)
Respond to customer questions about orders
Proactively reach out to customers if issues occur (shipping delays, stock issues, etc.)
Process refunds and replacements
Follow up with customers until resolution
Maintain and update customer data and internal sheets
Log issues and patterns to improve operations
Work strictly based on our Customer Support SOP
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years experience in Customer Support
MUST have worked with high-volume e-commerce brands
Strong experience with:
Order tracking & fulfillment issues
Refunds & dispute handling
Customer complaint resolution
Extremely detail-oriented and accurate
Comfortable working with Google Sheets / data tracking
Able to follow SOPs strictly without mistakes
Strong written English (clear, professional, friendly)
Able to work independently and take responsibility
