Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in customer support and eCommerce who thrives in a fast-paced, digital-first environment. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries across multiple platforms while ensuring every interaction reflects our brand values.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across email, live chat, social media, and eCommerce platforms
- Assist customers with order tracking, product questions, returns, exchanges, and general support
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive brand voice
- Monitor and manage reviews and messages across marketplaces and social platforms
- Collaborate with fulfillment and marketing teams to address order or product-related issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience

Qualifications
- Experience in customer support, preferably within beauty, skincare, or eCommerce
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, or similar systems)
- Experience managing customer communication across multiple channels (email, chat, social media)
- Excellent reading comprehension and critical thinking skills to understand customer concerns quickly and provide accurate, solution-focused responses
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and helpdesk systems
- Passion for beauty and skincare is a plus
