We’re Hiring: Customer Support Agents (Remote)

We’re looking to add motivated and reliable Customer Support Agents to our growing team at Poplin.

If you enjoy helping customers, communicating clearly, and working in a fast-paced support environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:
Assisting customers via chat/email (and other support channels as needed)
Resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Following SOPs and collaborating with the support team

What we’re looking for:
Strong written English communication skills
Customer-focused mindset
Ability to work independently and follow processes
Prior customer support experience is a plus
