We are looking for a proactive, reliable, and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our remote team for a long-term collaboration. If you have a strong background in e-commerce, dropshipping, and customer support, especially within Shopify and Reamaze, this role may be the perfect fit for you.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via Reamaze (experience required).
Assist customers with questions related to orders, fulfillment, shipping times, returns, and exchanges.
Work within Shopify to manage orders and provide accurate support (minimum 2+ years required).
Maintain organized records and complete tasks using Google Sheets / Excel.
Collaborate closely with the team and participate in 1:1 training sessions in English.
Stay flexible — availability 7 days a week and ability to work up to 40 hours when needed.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce customer support (Shopify required).
Strong, hands-on experience using Reamaze.
Previous experience working with dropshipping stores, ideally in the fashion/clothing niche.
Solid understanding of order flows, tracking updates, stock issues, returns, and product-quality inquiries.
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Flexible availability, including weekends.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
