JOB OVERVIEW

We are a high-ticket eCommerce store specializing in premium designer lighting. Our business has been successfully operating for over 4 years, and as sales continue to grow, we’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. If you’re skilled in Shopify, experienced with product listings, and creative with Canva—we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support (Chat/Email): Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism, warmth, and empathy, ensuring every interaction reflects the premium nature of our products.

Shopify Operations: Process and fulfill orders, update product details, manage collections, and maintain accurate store presentation.

Product Listing Management: Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, tags, and SEO) to maximize visibility and conversions.

Canva Design Support: Create product visuals, promotional graphics, and polished marketing creatives that align with a luxury brand image.

Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to confirm product details, availability, and timelines to keep customers updated accurately.


Skills / Experience Needed:

2–4 years of experience in eCommerce or customer service (Shopify experience is required).

Strong written English communication skills with a polished, professional tone.

Proficiency with Shopify (order fulfillment, product management, catalog updates).

Experience creating and optimizing SEO-friendly product listings.

Canva design skills for product and marketing content.

Calm under pressure, with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.

Strong attention to detail with product specifications, images, and descriptions.

A genuine desire to create excellent customer experiences.
