JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing Dropshipping company based in EU operating in the UK and USA. Due to expanding of the company we are looking for new people to grow with us.

Customer service rep.
In this role you will be handling emails with customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:
- Reply in a timely manner to customer inquiries.
- Being able to ease situations in an empathic manner.
- Translate your messages to the language of the customer. (ChatGPT)
- Part-time employment (2-5hr/day)

Requirements:
- Ability to speak fluent English
- Experience with Customer Service
- Access to good internet
- Ability to communicate quickly with the team throughout the day
- Proactive
- Experience with Shopify platform

Qualities that give would you an advantage of getting this position:
- Experience in the UK, USA market
- Experience with dropshipping stores
- Experience with ticket software for CS like zoho desk or fresh desk etc.
