Customer Support Rep (Phone + SaaS Troubleshooting)
We are a healthcare SaaS company. You will:
- Answer phone calls from clinics
- Help troubleshoot basic issues (forms, messaging, faxing)
- Follow step-by-step SOPs
Requirements:
- Strong spoken English (you will be on calls daily)
- Experience with customer support or call centers
- Comfortable with software / learning new tools
- Work in USA Pacific Standard Timezone.
- Stable internet + quiet environment
