Problem Solving - You should be able to problem solve using resources such as our website, apps, googling, and asking questions.

DU Fam (Customers) - Our customers are often parents and grandparents purchasing our products for their kids.

Availability - We're looking for coverage on weekends and weekday evenings. We operate on Eastern Time.
