Customer Support & Operations Assistant

Maverix Pickleball is looking for a full-time Customer Support & Operations Assistant to help manage customer emails, support tickets, and internal processes.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer support tickets
Manage tickets in Freshdesk
Look up orders in Shopify
Help with returns, shipping questions, discount issues, product questions, and warranty inquiries
Create and organize SOPs for repeated customer service situations
Update Excel/Google Sheets trackers
Escalate complicated issues with clear notes and recommendations
Requirements
Fluent written English
Full-time availability during US PST business hours
OnlineJobs.ph credibility / ID proof score of 90+
Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to create SOPs and document processes
Self-starter who can complete tasks without constant supervision
Shopify experience preferred
Freshdesk experience preferred
Social media management experience is a bonus
Who We’re Looking For

We need someone proactive, organized, and reliable. This is not just an email-answering job. We are looking for someone who can help build customer support systems, create SOPs, suggest improvements, and take ownership of tasks.
