Customer Support & Discord Moderator (Night Shift)

About the Role
WeFund is a global proprietary trading firm, and we are looking for a top-tier Customer Support & Community Moderator to join our Philippines-based team. This is not a basic support role, we only want someone who already understands the trading/prop firm industry and can hit the ground running without hand-holding.

Responsibilities

Handle customer support tickets through Intercom with speed and accuracy

Moderate and engage in our ---------- community (trader-focused discussions)

Escalate complex issues following clear workflows

Assist with processes like payouts, breaches, and KYC checks

Maintain a professional yet motivating tone with traders at all times

Requirements

Must be based in the Philippines

Experience in proprietary trading, forex, or financial markets required

Strong written English communication skills

Proven experience in customer support and/or ---------- /online community management

Comfortable working night shifts (11 AM – 7 PM PHT)

Independent and reliable — we don’t micromanage, we expect results

Stable internet connection and reliable computer setup
