Role Overview
We’re hiring experienced Customer Support Associates to support our growing customer service operation across all assigned channels, including
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer support inquiries across
- Deliver consistent, empathetic, and on-brand support across all customer touchpoints
- Resolve order, shipping, subscription, billing, and product inquiries accurately and efficiently
- Work directly within Shopify, TikTok Seller Center, Amazon Seller Central, and customer support platforms
- Use and maintain workflows in Gorgias and Zendesk (CRM)
- Manage and resolve Amazon Seller Central–related inquiries, including order issues, delivery concerns, and customer communications
- Support subscription-related inquiries using platforms such as Skio, Recharge, and similar tools
- Leverage AI-powered tools to improve response speed, accuracy, and consistency
- Work with WMS and fulfillment tools, including ShipStation and similar order and shipping management systems
- Identify when issues require escalation and route appropriately
- Maintain accurate documentation, tagging, and CRM hygiene
- Flag recurring issues, trends, or operational gaps to the CS lead
- Support peak volume periods, launches, promotions, and operational changes
- Work flexible or shifting schedules as required
- Willing to render overtime during high-volume periods when needed
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support or customer experience roles
- Hands-on experience with:
Shopify
TikTok Seller Center
Amazon Seller Central
Gorgias
Zendesk
- Experience using AI tools to support CS workflows
- Experience supporting subscription platforms (Skio, Recharge, or similar)
- Familiarity with WMS and fulfillment tools (ShipStation or similar)
- Strong written English communication skills
- Comfortable engaging with customers on social media platforms
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Customer-first mindset with strong judgment and problem-solving skills
- Open to shifting schedules and overtime when required
