JOB OVERVIEW

You will be joining a support agency to run support on behalf of the agency clients. This is frontline contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolving product/service issues, processing orders, and documenting interactions, all while maintaining a positive attitude, building customer trust, and ensuring satisfaction to represent the brand effectively. Key duties include troubleshooting, providing product information, escalating complex issues, and updating customer records, using AI tools to have high productivity and success.
