JOB OVERVIEW

Cleango is an American cleaning company that combines technology and elevated customer service for homeowners and professionals nationwide. We perform house cleaning and commercial cleaning services in various cities across the United States.

We are currently seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our growing company! The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to the operations team, customer support, and vendor support for our commercial cleaning unit. The Customer Success Representative will ensure the company's smooth, efficient operations. What you’ll do and what we need:
-Provide excellent customer service to internal and external partners
-Manage customer files and maintain accurate records of customer information
-Create work orders to be dispatched to our partners
-Help develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions
-Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Customer Support:
-Portal, email, and phone support for onboarding, complaints, questions, etc.
-Resolve complaints in an effective and efficient manner
-Following up with clients to check their satisfaction
-Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers
-Provide outstanding customer service to clients
-Book appointments with clients when needed
-Coordinate between customers and cleaners during cleaning services
-Track and keep documentation of client interactions
-Create and adjust the scope of work
-Supplies procurement

Cleaner Support:
-Assist cleaners with their booking schedules
-Support cleaners during cleaning services and maintain cleaner relations
-Handle booking assignments
-Tracking cleaners’ attendance using internal software
-Enforce disciplinary action on cleaners
-Coordinate with cleaners to solve customer complaints and re-cleanings
-Maintain accurate service and schedule records with the finance team

Requirements for the role
-Dedicated working laptop/desktop with at least a Ryzen AMD series processor, Core i7 or higher OR a Macbook Air M1 minimum
-Internet connection: 50 Mbps minimum
-Strong written and verbal English communication skills
-Critical thinking and organization skills
-Experience in the customer support industry is great, but it is not required!
