# Customer Success Rep - Construction / Renovation Company (Remote, AUD $15/hr)

**Location:** Remote (must be available during Australian business hours, AEST)
**Hours:** 4 hours per day to start. Right person will move into a permanent full-time role.
**Pay:** Up to AUD $15 per hour

## About Us

We are Plaza Works, a bathroom renovation and drainage company based in South East Queensland, Australia. We renovate bathrooms from start to finish and handle drainage projects for homeowners.

We are a small team that is growing. Right now, our jobs are running well on site but our customer communication and sales follow-up needs a dedicated person. That is where you come in.

## The Role

You will be the voice of our company to customers. You will handle calls, send updates, follow up on quotes, chase payments, and make sure every customer feels looked after from the ---------- nt they enquire to well after their job is finished.

This is not a cold calling role. Our leads come to us through advertising. You are following up with people who have already shown interest.

## What Your Day Looks Like

- Taking inbound calls from customers and new enquiries
- Making follow-up calls to leads using a guided sales app we have built (you do not need to memorise scripts - the app walks you through each call step by step)
- Sending daily photo and progress updates to customers who have active jobs (the on-site team gives you the info, you package it nicely and send it)
- Following up on quotes that have been sent but not yet responded to
- Chasing deposits and progress payments
- Keeping our inbox at zero - no unread messages by end of day
- Communicating schedule changes or delays to customers honestly and quickly
- Checking in with past customers for reviews and referrals

## What We Are Looking For

- **Trade or construction background.** You have worked in or around renovation, construction, or trades before. You do not need to be a plumber or builder, but you need to understand how a renovation works so you can talk to customers with confidence. This is important.
- **Great communicator.** You are comfortable on the phone. You can explain things simply. You write clear messages without typos.
- **Reliable and organised.** You follow up when you say you will. You do not let things slip through the cracks.
- **Comfortable with technology.** You will use a CRM (Go High Level), a job management app, and a guided sales tool. You do not need to be a tech expert but you need to pick things up quickly.
- **Honest and warm.** When there is bad news (a delay, extra costs), you deliver it straight but with empathy. No hiding, no sugarcoating.
- **Available during Australian business hours (AEST).** This is non-negotiable.
