We're hiring a Customer Success Manager
We're looking for a warm, organised, and proactive CSM to support clients inside a high-ticket coaching and mentorship business. This is a relationship-first role — your job is to make sure every client is supported, on track, and getting the most out of their time in the program.
What you'll be doing:
Monthly 1-on-1 check-in calls with active clients across multiple programs
Monitoring client engagement and flagging anyone who has gone quiet or fallen behind on their goals
Following up with clients between calls — checking in on their progress, surfacing any blockers before they become problems
Coordinating with the mentor and wider team on client progress and concerns
Supporting new clients through the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth first week
Gathering testimonials and case studies from clients who are getting results

What we're looking for:
Experience in customer success, client relations, or community management — ideally in coaching, education, finance, or online programs
Warm, empathetic communicator who can hold people accountable without pressure
Organised and proactive — you don't wait for problems to come to you
Comfortable with Zoom, WhatsApp,
Background or strong interest in trading, investing, credit, entrepreneurship, or personal development preferred
