As a WorkBoard strategic partner, we help enterprises implement the OKR platform that drives strategy execution at scale.

The Role

We’re looking for a Customer Success & Implementation Consultant — someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, process, and people. You’ll work directly with our enterprise clients to implement WorkBoard, enable teams, and ensure adoption success.

This is not a reactive support role. You’ll lead onboarding sessions, configure software, advise on OKR best practices, and build long-term client relationships that result in measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

Guide new customers through platform onboarding, configuration, and rollout.

Host live client sessions (often on camera) to train, troubleshoot, and drive adoption.

Translate business needs into practical workflows and configurations inside the platform.

Partner with consultants to align software implementation with client OKR strategy.

Proactively identify and solve issues before they become problems.

Contribute to playbooks, documentation, and continuous improvement of client delivery processes.

What You Bring

3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or Consulting for B2B SaaS.

Strong technical aptitude — you love learning software deeply and helping others use it effectively.

Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident leading client sessions over Zoom.

Ability to work independently with enterprise clients, balancing multiple projects at once.

A proactive, ownership-driven mindset — you don’t just close tickets, you solve business challenges.

Experience with OKRs, WorkBoard, Asana, or similar tools is a plus.
