Customer Services Consultant - Fully Remote, Excellent English required

WORKING HOURS

Saturday, Sunday + 3 weekdays
8-hour shifts (14:00 – 22:00 GMT, London Time), equivalent of 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Philippines time)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle calls, emails, and online inquiries. You’ll assist customers with orders, payments, account issues, and general information, ensuring quick and accurate responses.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Fluent English is a must (spoken & written)
Optional - fluent Spanish is a bonus
Confident phone communication skills
Fast typing and multitasking ability
Logical thinking and problem-solving attitude
Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
Calm under pressure and deadline-driven
Team player with good time management
