Job Title: Customer Service Representative & Virtual Assistant

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Representative & Virtual Assistant to support daily business operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Duties
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and company policies.
Process orders, returns, refunds, and customer requests.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service standards.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
Document customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Virtual Assistant Duties
Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling.
Handle email management and correspondence.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
Conduct internet research and gather information as requested.
Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items.
Assist with administrative and operational tasks.
Organize digital files and maintain documentation.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
1+ years of customer service, administrative, or virtual assistant experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Experience using CRM systems and customer support platforms.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Reliable internet connection and home office setup (for remote positions).
