WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Handle inbound calls and route them to the right department
• Make outbound calls to confirm customer orders and share updates
• Manage and respond to emails in our customer service inbox

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• A friendly, positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with excellent time management and follow-through
• A reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup (with backup)
