JOB OVERVIEW

A small international company providing online education for algorithmic traders is looking for part-time customer service/community support (approx. 1-2 hours daily), with the potential for future long-term collaboration and expansion of weekly work hours. Starting ASAP.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- At least 3 years of customer service experience (This is a MUST!!!! If you do not have at least 3 years of previous experience, please do not apply - we will automatically delete your application)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Fluent in English (level C2)
- Experience with FRESHDESK
- General experience with social media (monitoring comments etc)
- Experienced with PC office applications (Microsoft, Google)
- General technical skills are an advantage but not required (knowledge of OntraPort / Circle/ ClickFunnels)
- Organized, reliable, with good attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
- In the subject line of your application, include the word 'details' at the very end
- Ability to learn and perform tasks from pre-recorded training and documented procedures
- Any previous experience in the area of stocks, futures, forex, or crypto trading is an advantage, but not necessary
