We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and dependable Virtual Assistant to join our customer service team.

Requirements

Proven experience with Shopify and Re:amaze (must-have)

Full-time availability (40 hours per week)

Fast typing skills and ability to multitask efficiently

Reliable, professional, and highly focused (no major personal distractions)

Flexible availability willing to work outside the fixed schedule when needed (we provide 24/7 customer support)

Positive, friendly, and energetic personality (you represent our brand to customers)

Independent, but also a true team player

Ready to grow with the company
