ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a full-time, long-term role for a confident and organised Virtual Assistant.
Your main job is to handle new customer enquiries and help move them to the next step.
You will:
- Respond to new enquiries
- Ask questions to understand what the customer needs
- Send an
- Book the customer into our calendar for an in-person quote with one of our team
- You will also help with general admin tasks to support the day-to-day running of the business (such as filing paperwork or sourcing materials).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Learn about all of our products and services
- Respond to customer
- Speak confidently with customers to understand their requirements
- Send
- Follow up leads and keep enquiry records organised
- Perform general admin tasks (filing paperwork, sourcing materials, basic business support)
- Communicate clearly with the internal team
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Strong spoken and written English (must be confident speaking english on phone calls)
- Proven experience in customer service, lead handling and appointment setting
- Available Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00p
- Highly organised, reliable and responsive
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple enquiries
