JOB OVERVIEW

Hi,

We operate 3 Shopify stores and manage multiple customer support mailboxes.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service VA to handle customer emails, support tickets, and communication with AliExpress sellers.

Only candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience will be considered.

Requirements (Must Have)
Strong knowledge of Shopify (advanced level, not basic)
Strong knowledge of AliExpress (advanced level, not basic)
Experience with Help Scout
Experience using ChatGPT and other AI tools
Excellent written English communication skills
Ability to work independently and follow SOPs
Bonus Qualifications
Experience handling PayPal disputes
Experience handling Stripe disputes and chargebacks
Experience with repetitive sales/customer service processes
Experience working with multiple Shopify stores
