JOB OVERVIEW

Client Experience Specialist (Credit Repair)

We are looking for a reliable and professional Client Experience Specialist to support our credit repair clients throughout their journey. This role is focused on delivering excellent customer service, keeping clients informed, and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with clients consistently throughout their credit repair process
• Take follow-up calls to go over updates and answer any credit-related questions
• Review credit reports and explain updates in a clear, simple way
• Send text and email updates when results come in (deletions, score changes, etc.)
• Maintain organized client communication and notes
• Ensure every client has a positive, supportive experience

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Customer service experience (preferred)
• Attention to detail
• Ability to stay organized and follow processes
• Comfortable discussing credit reports (training can be provided)
• Reliable and responsive

Required:

• Experience with credit repair or financial services
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Go High Level is a plus)
