JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who will take full responsibility for handling customer inquiries, exchanges, and returns for our E-commerce fashion dropshipping stores.
You’ll be part of a dedicated customer service team, working closely with other representatives and a manager to ensure that as much revenue as possible is driven and retained through customer service.

We’re not looking for someone who just “replies to emails.” We’re looking for someone who thinks and acts like an A-player: disciplined, proactive, and committed to excellence.
You communicate with empathy, and take ownership of every situation. You always look for solutions instead of excuses and understand that every interaction is a chance to create value for both the customer and the company.

You must already have experience in customer service for Shopify fashion dropshipping stores, and know how to communicate effectively, handle returns and exchanges, and solve problems efficiently, keeping customers happy while protecting company profits.
You should know how to use Shopify and ParcelPanel, maintain a professional and calm tone under pressure, and be able to work according to the New York (US) timezone, since most of our customer interactions follow that schedule.
Experience with return funnels and ChatGPT for communication improvement is a must.

You’ll handle emails, refunds, replacements, and order inquiries together with other team members, ensuring a fast, professional, and solution-oriented customer experience every day.
