As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member in upholding our service philosophy to provide the highest level of customer service. You are responsible for handling incoming calls and scheduling service calls to meet customer requirements. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. Our employees are the heartbeat of our company.

We are looking for a Full Time Customer Service Representative who is self-motivated, energetic, creative and enjoys helping people. You are driven to provide the highest level of service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day day-to-day basis.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
• Book calls into Service Titan
• Build sustainable relationships & trust with customers through open and interactive communication
• Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling of services
• Coordinate delays in schedule with customers and service technicians
• Dispatch calls to Technicians
Job Requirements:

• Minimum two years Customer Service Experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Service Titan experience
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
• Positive & Professional Attitude
• Superior time management
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize & manage time effectively
• Work from Monday - Sunday
