About the Role:
We’re looking for a professional CSR to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for SMB clients.
Responsibilities:
• Answer calls, respond to
• Resolve customer issues or escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
• Deliver excellent service with empathy and professionalism.
Qualifications:
• 1+ year of CSR/BPO experience.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal + written).
• Comfortable with phone calls and handling objections.
• Stable internet and quiet working environment.
