As we continue to expand, we’re looking for dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team and help us provide an exceptional experience for our customers.

What You’ll Do
* Handle email, chat, and phone support using Freshdesk
* Assist customers with order updates, returns, and product inquiries via WooCommerce
* Maintain accurate customer records and reports using Google Sheets
* Provide thoughtful, empathetic, and efficient support
* Collaborate with the fulfillment team to resolve delivery or logistics issues
* Monitor support trends and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience

What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, handling emails, chats, and calls (preferably in e-commerce)
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Available to work between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM PH time)
* Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet response time SLAs
* A quick learner who can easily adapt to new products and workflows
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
* A reliable internet connection and a distraction-free home workspace

Nice to Have
* Experience with a direct-to-consumer brand
* Familiarity with WooCommerce and Freshdesk (preferred but not required)
* Experience supporting U.S. or international customers
* Background in e-commerce or dropshipping is an advantage
