Healthy Socks BV is a startup company bringing color and joy to the healthcare world through our unique medical-themed socks. We are looking for our very first Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
This is a rare opportunity to help shape our customer service approach from the ground up. While the current volume of inquiries is still low, this role has the potential to grow into full-time with leadership opportunities as our company expands.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via
- Handle returns and exchanges
- Address customer complaints and find appropriate solutions
- Keep accurate records of customer service interactions
- Help develop systems and protocols for customer service
- Share feedback with our team to improve products and services
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Patient, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Basic computer skills and ability to use online tools (Gmail, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
