JOB OVERVIEW

We are growing e-commerce brand that celebrates the bond between pets and their people through our original BFF (Best Furiend Forever) matching collars and bracelets. We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team full-time.

The role starts with handling customer inquiries via email, chat, and tickets—but the right candidate will grow into an Operations Manager role, overseeing workflows, systems, and tea ---------- mbers as our company expands.

Responsibilities:
• Provide professional, friendly, and timely customer support through email and chat
• Manage orders, refunds, and store credit requests using our systems
• Follow company policies and document support cases properly
• Assist in data entry, reporting, and process improvements
• Collaborate with management to streamline operations
• Grow into managing day-to-day operations and leading future hires

Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of customer service experience (Amazon or e-commerce support preferred)
• Strong English communication skills (written)
• Detail-oriented and reliable with strong work ethic
• Proficient with online tools (Google Workspace, ticketing systems, etc.)
• Able to work independently and follow processes accurately
• Comfortable with Timeproof tracking and daily reporting

Wage/Salary per Month:
$480/month (Starting rate: $2.68/hour at 40 hrs/week)
Performance reviews at 90 days with growth opportunity into higher-level role
