We’re looking for a professional, friendly, and articulate Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our remote team! If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
As a CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and inquiries. You’ll follow specific client instructions to assist with scheduling, payments, messages, and more, always ensuring every interaction leaves a great impression.
What You’ll Need
- Fluent English (verbal & written) — clear, confident communication is essential
- Dual monitors for efficient multitasking
- Reliable, hardwired internet connection (must be directly connected to your modem)
- Quiet workspace free of background noise
