Cloth & Paper is an online retailer of luxe stationery and planning supplies. Along with a successful e-commerce shop, Cloth & Paper curates two monthly subscription boxes and a quarterly deluxe subscription box. Our Penspiration Box ships a collection of hard to find pens and pencils, while our Planning + Stationery Box curates a wide range of planner and office supplies. Both boxes have a passionate and growing following. Our Aesthete Deluxe Quarterly Subscription Box launched at the end of 2021 and includes lifestyle products focused on minimalism, innovative design, and functionality. We recently made the Inc. ---------- List for the fastest-growing private companies in America, rated 242nd overall, 6th in Virginia and 2nd in Richmond.

We are now looking for a Customer Service Representative to help facilitate our customer experience before and after receiving their order. This consists of processing returns, answering customer inquiries through online chat and e-mail, as well as correcting order errors as needed.

Hours for this position are 7:30am - 4:00pm EST Monday- Friday.

Job Responsibilities include:

Provide excellent customer service exclusively through e-mail and online chat
Process returns promptly
Categorize incoming orders
