JOB OVERVIEW

Primary Objective of Position

An Inspired Service Representative handles outbound calls and the execution of customer service for all products. Their main duty is to make calls for membership expirations, event registration, or promotions, while providing inspiring customer support services on all company platforms. The successful candidate needs to be extremely comfortable with working with technology and must have strong interpersonal communication skills with the adaptability and ability to work under pressure.





Professional Responsibilities

Contact customers in order to respond to inquiries or notify them of membership expirations, event registration, or promotions.

Confer with customers by telephone (inbound and outbound), email, live chat or in person to provide information about products, services and promotions, take customer orders, cancel accounts or assist with complaints or refund requests

Provide solutions and support to members / customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Solicit sale of new or additional services or products through both incoming and outgoing inquiries

Maintain and log records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints or comments as well as actions taken

Resolve customers service or billing complaints in a calm, professional manner

Follow up to ensure appropriate changes were made to resolve customer issues, concerns or problems

Process refunds through merchant services program.

Provide Quality Assurance for releases of new programs and website updates for events, membership and educational products.

Manage outbound mailing services and shipping supplies for IDEA office.

Create and manage template documents for email and live chat responses.
Any other task as needs arises.





Professional Qualifications

Previous customer service and sales experience in a call center

Strong customer service and sales skills required. Must be able to assess customer needs and provide inspired quality service

Excellent grammar and language skills. Superior command of the English language required both in oral and written communications

Strong organizational and time management skills

Requires exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to a fast paced and changing environment

Must be punctual and reliable

Strong mathematical skills are a must. Sales calls require the ability to accurately quote prices, calculate discounts, etc.

Ability to work quickly and accurately, meeting multiple deadlines every month

Very careful attention to detail

Exhibit a high level of self-motivation

Excellent team skills: ability to work harmoniously with others

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

Preference to candidates with a relevant two or four-year degree
