JOB OVERVIEW

This position is full-time (30-40 hours/week) Monday – Saturday. Employees are required to work from 6-hour shift.

Training will be conducted virtually from your home.

Primary Responsibilities

Cold Call for 6 hours per day to clients and identify if a clients are interested in our services.
Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information in computer systems.
This role is equally challenging and rewarding. You’ll be called on to solve problems and objections clients might come up with. It requires fluency on the phones and customer services needs to be the best while you confidently and compassionately engage in dialogue with the clients. Be assured that our training will provide you with knowledge of the services available to clients and you’ll soon find yourself creating positive experiences and earning the gratitude of clients on an hourly basis.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma / Bachelor Degree OR equivalent work experience
Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
Preferred Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in a related environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools
Prior health care experience
Telecommuting Requirements:

Required to have a dedicated work ethic, customer service skill, be teachable and be fluent in English.
Must have high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
Soft Skills:

Demonstrated ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate manner
Proficient conflict management skills to resolve issues in a stressful situation
