JOB OVERVIEW

The is a customer representative role within a small-medium, fast growing online loan business in Australia. You will join a small team and have broad responsibility for inbound chat, phone, email; and general customer management for our new applicants and existing loan customers. You will also support our Acquisition and Collection teams.

The role represents a personal and professional opportunity for someone interested in online lending, leveraging fintech productivity solutions and working within a high performance team culture. We use Freshdesk as our CRM platform, and an end to end 100% online lending platform.

The ideal candidate will have a combination of retail customer service management experience, strong written and verbal English and potentially some experience with online lending or related industries (but not compulsory).

You will have a positive and happy outlook, be a strong team player and have interest in supporting customers during their time of need. You will feel confident speaking with Australian consumers on the phone, and be able to solve problems independently (asking for help when needed).
