Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Order Processing & Logistics Support

WestMark Logistics is a growing third-party logistics (3PL) company seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our operations and customer service team.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates professionally, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can manage multiple customer requests while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities
Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Review incoming orders and verify order details prior to release.
Communicate with customers regarding orders, inventory, shipments, and general account inquiries.
Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure orders are shipped correctly and on time.
Monitor order status and proactively address potential issues before they impact customers.
Review inventory availability and identify discrepancies.
Maintain customer records and documentation.
Enter and update data in warehouse management systems (WMS), spreadsheets, and customer portals.
Assist with retailer compliance requirements and shipping documentation.
Support the operations team with various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Previous customer service, order processing, administrative, or logistics experience preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Comfortable learning new software systems and processes.
Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with e-commerce fulfillment, warehousing, transportation, or logistics.
Experience working with customer orders, inventory management, or shipment tracking.
Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, Shopify, Amazon, or similar platforms.

Orders are entered accurately and released on time.
Customer inquiries are responded to promptly and professionally.
Potential shipping and inventory issues are identified before they become customer problems.
Communication between customers and warehouse operations remains clear and organized.
Customers receive exceptional service and support.
