ABOUT THE ROLE


HitLights sells LED lighting products — strips, drivers, power supplies, and low-voltage systems. We need someone who can talk to customers about this stuff confidently.

-Requirements:

-3–5 years customer service experience (call center or remote)
-Some background in electrical, electronics, or lighting products — hobbyist level counts
-Active user of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini — tell us how you use them in your cover letter
-GoHighLevel CRM experience is strongly preferred — if you have it, say so
-Strong written and verbal English
-Comfortable working independently in a remote setup

What you'll do:

-Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
-Help customers with product questions, compatibility, and basic troubleshooting
-Maintain records in GoHighLevel CRM
-Hit KPIs — CSAT, FCR, and response time
-Identify recurring issues and help improve our processes
-Assist with onboarding junior tea ---------- mbers when needed
