Customer Service Representative

We are hiring urgently for a Customer Service Representative independent contractor role at $450 USD a month, to start as soon as this week. The role comprises the following:

Manage and remotely supervise all cleaners and crews assigned under you, ensuring expectations and standards are met and all assigned personnel under you attend and are on time to services
Owning client relationships with customers
Inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and texts
Completely filling cleaners and crews schedules with services
Handling customer disputes and complaints
Scheduling services, quoting, and checking in on customers and cleaners
Anticipating issues, problems or roadblocks and setting motion in place to resolve these
Daily periodic check-ins with General Manager
Escalating issues or problems appropriately
Assisting other CSRs as needed

Work Hours
8am - 5pm: Monday - Sunday (1 hr break included everyday)
