We create unforgettable magical experiences at birthday parties and family events all across Singapore - and we're looking for someone special to be the first point of contact for our clients.

• Starting salary: PHP 28,000/month
• After 3-month probation: PHP 33,000/month
• Commission opportunities unlocked after 6 months
• 14 days paid Annual Leave (after probation)
• 14 days paid Medical Leave (after probation)
• Philippines Public Holidays observed

WORK SCHEDULE

Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Setup: 100% remote / work from home

WHAT YOU'LL DO
==========================
• Be the first point of contact for families and clients booking our shows via WhatsApp — warm, prompt, and professional every time
• Understand each client's needs and match them to the right services and packages for their event
• Keep conversations moving toward a confirmed booking
• Guide customers through payment — smooth and stress-free
• Coordinate schedules between clients and our artists
• Follow up after events to collect reviews and show we care
• Support general admin and day-to-day operations
• Ensure our customers feel heard, happy, confident, and delighted about booking us

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proficient in Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, Calendar, WhatsApp, and ChatGPT
• Stable internet connection
• 2-monitor workstation setup (or more)
• Prior customer service experience is a plus - not a must
