Position Overview
Seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives with proven dropshipping expertise. Full-time position requiring immediate availability and long-term commitment.
Required Qualifications (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Experience
? Minimum 2 years full-time CS experience in e-commerce/dropshipping (part-time doesn’t count)
? Shopify expert - order management, refunds, disputes, troubleshooting
? 200+ tickets daily capacity
? International customer experience
? Payment disputes and chargeback knowledge
Technical Skills
? Shopify Admin Panel mastery
? CS platforms (Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk)
?
? Tracking and logistics troubleshooting
? Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal)
Soft Skills
? Excellent written English (clear, professional, grammatically correct)
? High-stress tolerance
? Self-motivated and independent
? Detail-oriented with quick decision-making ability
Responsibilities
? Handle 200+ daily inquiries via
? Process refunds, exchanges, modifications
? Manage shipping issues with logistics providers
? Handle payment disputes, provide chargeback documentation
? Flag fraud attempts
? Maintain 90%
? Daily/weekly reporting on volumes and issues
