WE’RE HIRING: VIRTUAL ASSISTANT FOR 757 MAIDS – A FAST-GROWING U.S. CLEANING COMPANY!

We’re 757 Maids, a top-rated residential and commercial cleaning company based in Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA. As we grow, we’re looking for a proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our remote team and help us scale to the next level!

YOUR ROLE:

As our Virtual Assistant, you will support our day-to-day operations and client communications by handling key administrative and customer service tasks:

Responsibilities:

- Respond to inbound leads via email, text, and phone (through our CRM)
- Schedule, reschedule, and manage cleaning appointments using Launch27
- Manage and update client records in our CRM (TidyTrack)
- Communicate with cleaners (independent contractors) to confirm and adjust schedules
- Professionally respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic service issues
- Monitor reviews and follow up with satisfied clients for referrals
- Light social media assistance or reporting (optional)

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Experience in virtual assistance, customer service, or call center support
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Reliable internet and quiet work environment
- Comfortable working U.S. Eastern Time hours
- Familiarity with Launch27, TidyTrack, or similar booking/CRM systems is a plus
- You do not have other clients and/or jobs

BONUS IF YOU:

- Have experience working with a U.S.-based home service or cleaning company
- Are great at follow-ups, upselling recurring services, or improving client retention
