THE ROLE
As an Offshore Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for ISSADA customers, helping them with product inquiries, recommendations, order processing, and issue resolution through phone,
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Support & Inquiry Handling
• Provide accurate and friendly customer support via phone,
• Shopify experience.
• Experience with processing orders through Shopify.
• Assist customers with makeup and skincare recommendations based on their needs.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues when needed.
Order Processing & Issue Resolution
• Process online orders, refunds, and returns efficiently.
• Troubleshoot order tracking & delivery concerns.
• Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to resolve shipping issues.
Data Management & Reporting
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide weekly reports on customer trends, common inquiries, and feedback.
• Suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Communication & Collaboration
• Stay updated on new product launches and promotions.
• Work closely with ISSADA’s Australian team to ensure brand-aligned service.
• Participate in virtual training and tea
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Fluent in English (written & spoken, with a neutral accent).
- Previous experience in customer service (beauty or e-commerce industry preferred).
- Tech-savvy – comfortable using CRM systems, live chat, and
- Good telephone skills – the role will require making calls in English
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup but also liaise with other tea
- Passion for beauty & skincare – knowledge of makeup and skincare products is a bonus!
- Marketing and Social media skills
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps).
