The role (IC, not management)
You'll handle customer tickets directly — orders, returns, exchanges, sizing questions, product inquiries — using Richpanel (CRM), Shopify, and Redo Returns. This is an individual contributor seat reporting under our existing CS leads. Long-term role; we hire to keep.
Schedule (US Eastern Time)
- Wed–Fri: 1:00 AM – 8:30 AM EDT (Manila: 1:00 PM – 8:30 PM PHT, afternoon)
- Sat & Sun: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM EDT (Manila: 8:30 PM – 4:00 AM PHT, overnight)
- 60-min break in the middle of each shift
- 5 days/week, 40 working hours/week
- Saturday and Sunday coverage is required — this is the core gap we're filling. Do not apply if you cannot commit to both weekend shifts long-term.
Compensation
- $1,000 USD/month starting
- Monthly KPI performance bonus on top
- Base review after 3–6 months of strong performance
Required
- 3+ years of e-commerce customer service experience
- Hands-on Shopify experience
- Experience with at least one e-commerce help-desk platform (Richpanel, Gorgias, Zendesk, Re:amaze, eDesk, Helpscout, or similar)
- Strong written English
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) in your daily ticket workflow
- Reliable internet and a quiet home work setup
- Full focus on xSuit — no other concurrent client work
Nice to have
- Experience with Redo Returns
- Premium / DTC apparel CS background
