Customer Service Rep - USA - Eastern Time

We are searching for a full-time employee who is proficient in English, as phone support is a significant part of the job, and is able to work from 8 am to 4:30 pm Eastern Time. Knowing how to manage calls with courtesy and a pleasant demeanor is necessary. We are a small group and each person counts, so reliability and dependability are critical. Attention to detail is important with the ability to stay on task, while able to work independently to accomplish our daily work. Finally, having high speed internet is critical, with a plan in case of power interruptions.
