Responsibilities
You will handle both inbound and outbound communication with subcontractors to complete their onboarding into the MEINHAUS platform.
Your duties will include:
Calling new subcontractor applicants to complete onboarding
Explaining the MEINHAUS business model and how our platform works
Guiding users through our proprietary admin panel
Assisting subcontractors with:
Completing insurance quote applications
Uploading photos of previous work
Purchasing subscription packages
Completing profile information
Entering detailed notes in contractor files
Following up with incomplete applications
Ensuring onboarding steps are fully completed before activation
Maintaining a professional, confident presence on every call

Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years experience in customer service or call center environment
Strong English fluency (verbal and written)
Comfortable making outbound calls daily
Confident explaining structured systems and processes
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software quickly
Organized and detail-oriented
Professional and calm under pressure
Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
