We onboard, qualify, and manage subcontractors within our system — ensuring quality, compliance, and consistency.

We are expanding our support team and are seeking a highly professional Customer Service Representative to manage subcontractor onboarding and communication.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT: STRONG ENGLISH COMMUNICATION

This role requires excellent spoken and written English.

You must:

Speak clear, neutral English with minimal accent

Be confident handling phone conversations with Canadian trades professionals

Write professionally in English without grammar errors

Be comfortable explaining business models and answering questions clearly


If you are not confident in your English communication skills, this role will not be a fit.

Responsibilities

You will handle both inbound and outbound communication with subcontractors to complete their onboarding into the MEINHAUS platform.

Your duties will include:

Calling new subcontractor applicants to complete onboarding

Explaining the MEINHAUS business model and how our platform works

Guiding users through our proprietary admin panel

Assisting subcontractors with:

Completing insurance quote applications

Uploading photos of previous work

Purchasing subscription packages

Completing profile information


Entering detailed notes in contractor files

Following up with incomplete applications

Ensuring onboarding steps are fully completed before activation

Maintaining a professional, confident presence on every call

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years experience in customer service or call center environment

Strong English fluency (verbal and written)

Comfortable making outbound calls daily

Confident explaining structured systems and processes

Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software quickly

Organized and detail-oriented

Professional and calm under pressure

Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience in construction, home services, or contractor industries

Experience using CRM systems or admin dashboards

Sales or upselling experience

Experience with subscription-based platforms

Number of completed subcontractor onboardings
